As I write this, it is a very busy time at El Bethel Baptist Church.  We  just celebrated our centennial anniversary last fall.  We then had a wonderful Thanksgiving and Christmas season. The Adult Cantata and Children's program were a blessing. the church was decorated beautifully and our Senior Adults appreciated the caroling on December 21. Plans are already being made for next Christmas, when we plan to do a live Nativity Scene.

     We hit the ground running in 2012. Last week we studied about prayer in the morning service and had a concert of prayer in the evening service, which was truly a blessing.

     We are using our giving Tree this month to collect items for the Piedmont Women's Center and we will also use the baby bottles to help them financially. We look forward to the Youth Retreat this week and to Baptist Men's Day next week.
